Chocolate Brownies

These are super easy and fast to make, go ahead and try……

Recipe

200 gr of high quality dark chocolate (preferably 60-70%)

100 gr butter

20 gr cocoa powder

3 eggs

225 gr light brown sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon baking soda

125 gr all-purpose flour

 

Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

Spray and line with parchment paper a 20 cm square pan.

In a medium heat proof bowl combine the butter and chocolate and melt using a microwave or a bain marie. Stir the mixture and add the cacao powder.

In separate bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt and set aside.

In the bowl of your electric mixer whisk the eggs and sugar until combined. Add the vanilla and chocolate mixture.

Add the flour mixture and mix just until the all the ingredients are combined and the mixture is homogenous.

Using a rubber spatula spoon the batter into the prepared pan.

Bake for about 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool completely.
